Customer purchased a product from me - a card reader 4 years ago and manufacturer warranty is until 2025, they claim product is not working and are after advice what to do.
Do I need to deal with manufacturers warranty or them?
The manufacturer has offered this long warranty, not you. After 4 years, the manufacture should handle it direct with the customer.

Thank you. That’s what I thought. Do you think there’s still a way for the customer to hit me with an A-Z claim?
I’m not sure that even Amazon would allow an AtoZ for a 4-year old purchase. I’ve heard of 1 or maybe 2 years but not 4.
But anything is possible. Personally, I wouldn’t be concerned.
