When approaching brands, you get to ask whether you have an online store or not.
If you are targeting brands in different niche (grocery and beauty items) do you create two separate stores online having two separate websites?
Do you let the brand know that you will be selling on amz ?
I have an website where I have multiple categories (beauty, toys, grocery) but so far I never needed it so far…
I never mention where I sell but if I am being asked then I always tell them that I sell on Amazon… If they want to do business with me then good, if they dont want then bye bye, I can find better suppliers.
You can create different categories within the same website.
You should let the brand know that you will be selling on amazon so that you are on safe side if any issues arise later on.
Simple and honest strategy.
