How do I list a new product that is a accessory to currently created 9 ASINs.
I want this new item accessory to appear on each ASIN already listed.

If you selling this accessory to complement the 9 ASINs already created, add it as a variation.
If it is a give-away, just add the picture and change your description.

As @FunkyMonkey says, to list a new accessory for existing ASINs, update each product listing individually by adding the accessory information to the details or variations section. Ensure proper association with each ASIN.

You can add this as a variation with other existing ASINs but if you want to add this accessory with each existing ASIN then just do bundling.
