What carrier do you use for FBM shipping within Canada? The rates are so high in Canada, it seems impossible to do FBM and be profitable.

Yeah, I agree, shipping is very expensive in Canada, but Chit Chats works well for me.
You can use the tracking labels from Shippo and fulfill your order through USPS.
Because it is nearly impossible to be profitable doing fbm. Fba all the way.
