If my LLC is named “XYZ Collective” and I create a brand under the name “XYZ Co.”, am I required to register a DBA as XYZ Co.?
I also want to know if there will be any issues if I apply for a trademark for “XYZ Co.” even though my LLC name is “XYZ Collective.”
Your LLC/Business can be different from Brand Name. Trademark and Brand Name should exactly be the same.
