Question about GTIN barcodes

Hi.

I recently opened up a bamboo pajamas baby company. I’m looking into getting on Amazon. I have a few questions:

  1. GTIN… if we buy 1-100 for $750 and only need 40, can we use the other 60 at a later date?

  2. How do I know what else needs to be done before opening if I can’t get past the GTIN page? I’m trying to figure out how much it will cost to get on there before purchasing the GTIN.
