We’ve identified that some of your product listings don’t have Country of Origin information.

European Union and United Kingdom customs legislation legally requires Amazon to collect Country of Origin information for products in all of your selling stores shipped through FBA Export programs from non-EU countries into the EU, and into the UK.

In the coming months, product listings without a Country of Origin will start to be restricted from cross-border sales. To lift the restriction, you can acknowledge that you’ll provide missing information by December 31, 2024.

From December 31, 2024, product listings without Country of Origin information will be restricted from cross-border sales until the required information is provided.

To provide country of origin information:

Go to Manage All Inventory to upload by product; or 亚马逊 登录

Go to Add Products via Upload to upload in bulk. https:/sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/listing/download

Please repeat the same process for all of your selling stores.

If you don’t know your product’s Country of Origin, contact your supplier.

If you are selling in Europe, go to your account health section; you will see several strikes depend how many wholesale products you are selling from UK to Europe or Europe.

The situation is affecting all EFN programs and Europe importers from the UK or outside from Europe. Amazon is going to shut down 1,000 SKUs due to a new EU law. Adding a new responsible person is impossible, as Amazon only allows responsible persons already added to the system. We are in a position where Amazon’s game is over in the EU unless you work directly with brands or are a private label. Amazon wholesale is almost finished.
