Products condition complaint for a generic item

Hello,

I listed a product as generic on Amazon. After selling a few units, Amazon made my listing inactive due to a buyer’s complaint about the inauthenticity of the product. I’ve already submitted my supplier invoice twice, but Amazon rejected it both times.

Does anyone have advice on how to resolve this issue?

Its been long term ongoing issue with generic listings and was told many times not to be selling anything under generic listings as they will cause trouble.

Just be happy Amazon hasn’t suspended your account yet.

Immediately delete the listing and if Amazon will let you, create a removal order for the inventory.

They may destroy it.

Use your own brand name.

They asked for the supplier’s address, website name, and phone number.

It’s a generic product, so I don’t have a brand name.
