Product review star rating sudden drop

Hello everyone,

my product, which had received ratings between 4.7 and 4.9 on Amazon Vine, dropped to a 3.8 rating after 35 reviews. I suspect this is due to attacks from competing brands because I know my product well.

The strange thing is, the 1- and 2-star ratings that brought the score down don’t include any reviews, just the star ratings. Because of this, I can’t track those buyers’ other reviews either. What should I do?

Before assuming an attack, download your rating data and check if those low stars line up with a specific batch, shipment, or listing change, quality drift causes this more often than sabotage. If the pattern still looks suspicious, report it through Brand Registry with dates and order details, as Amazon does act on documented abuse cases.
