Someone has left a review saying “it is not original branded product. It looks like cheap Chinese knock-off”. Is there anything I can do about it?
It is original branded product, purchased from authentic supplier. I have all invoices I got from my supplier.
Removal as it could be classified as product review. If automatically rejects your request then case is opened so re open case and explain clearly that this is all about customer perception of product so 100% product review NOT seller feedback. You can also support this with confirming product being original. Good luck
No Amazon does nothing to remove negative reviews (many times they are baseless but they never remove). Atleast thats what my experience is.
If you’re doing FBA, Simply remove it
If it is review, then you can report it.
If there is feedback you can try automatic removal.
If it is an IP complaint you remove it by submitting the proper invoice that will contain supplied contact details as well.
Amazon removed it within 15 mins of creating case. Thank you so much!
