Hello @Clintonflores43, thank you for joining!
You can just acknowledge the violation and it will go away.
Yes, Amazon has been sending out “product detail page tampering” violations more often lately, usually when their bots detect that a seller has made significant edits to an existing ASIN’s title, brand field, images, or key attributes in a way that looks like it could mislead customers or hijack a listing.
Sometimes this happens even if you just fixed a typo or updated content with your own images. The best way to deal with it is to open a case through Account Health, explain exactly what edits you made, and confirm that your changes were legitimate and accurate (for example, if you own the brand, attach brand registry proof; if you were correcting incorrect info, point out the source such as manufacturer or product packaging).
Sellers who’ve been through this report that Amazon usually wants a short plan of action outlining: (1) what caused the change, (2) what you’ve done to correct or remove it, and (3) how you’ll prevent accidental edits going forward (like only editing ASINs where you are the brand owner or checking against official product data).
If it’s clearly a mistaken flag, providing evidence (screenshots of the product packaging, brand authorization letters, etc.) tends to get the violation lifted.
This can happen when you misuse variations. Do you have option to acknowledge?
