Hi Guys,

I noticed today that a listing I am on has had its details/description changed. The size of the bottle is now bigger, and because of this, I won’t send in any more stock for now despite good sales. I want to avoid returns/refunds because, as a customer, I would definitely question the big size difference.

When I first listed, I made sure the size and description were correct. This is what sellers do to kick you off.

What are your thoughts? I’m annoyed because the pie is big enough for everyone.

You can edit all the infos in the backend or via flatfile.

A friend told me to take printscreens on the listning for future things like this. No help for you now.

Can you tell me a little more about what you mean? I did not create the listing, so I don’t have the rights to make changes.

I see…you cannot change it unless you are the owner of the listing.
