I am encountering an error when trying to select the prep and labeling method in the shipment creation plan.
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this?

Do you want Amazon to handle prep and labelling? In case you need to do it yourself, no need to do anything, as the shipment page comes with an auto selected option of “prep by seller”

The error pops up in both of the situations either if I select by seller or by Amazon.
“Bulk edit failed” is usually due to changes required for the prep or label owner for your SKUs. To resolve this, you may need to check the prep requirements for your items. One solution is to convert the listing to merchant fulfilled by editing the listing on the manage inventory page. Download the Bulk Edit summary for more details on what needs to be adjusted.
Or first check clearing cache and cookies and try again and see if it helps.
