I just started on Amazon FBA, I have my own brand and I done the trademark and brand registry has also been done and approved. Now I am running into the issue that when I select to have the product available in multiple countries, I select the all the countries and it says that the changes will be reflected in 24 hours but nothing changes and after 24 hours those countries are not available to sell.
Amazon’s “24 hours” can sometimes mean… not 24 hours … I’d double-check that the marketplaces are active and that the ASIN is eligible to be sold in those countries. Some categories have extra requirements.
Check that you’re enrolled in Remote Fulfillment or Pan-European program (or have inventory in those marketplaces), because simply ticking additional countries won’t make offers go live if the required cross-border fulfillment and listing eligibility settings aren’t in place.
This usually happens because enabling multiple marketplaces alone is not enough. First check if your account is activated for those countries and whether all required details are completed (VAT/tax info, compliance requirements, shipping settings and listing permissions). Also go to Build International Listings / Account settings and confirm the marketplaces are connected properly. If everything is completed and the countries still disappear after 24 hours, contact Amazon Seller Support because it could be a backend/account issue.
Hi, it sounds like your international marketplaces may not be properly linked yet. Before selecting additional countries, make sure you’ve enabled Global Selling / Build International Listings (BIL) and linked your target marketplaces to your source marketplace. You’ll also need to ensure that the ASINs are correctly linked across all markets as Amazon uses these connections to synchronize listings internationally. Once the marketplaces and ASINs are properly connected, the changes should reflect correctly. If you’re still having issues, there may be a synchronization or marketplace eligibility restriction causing the problem.
