I agree @VidsFromAphone, providing as much information as possible is always very helpful.
Hopefully, sellers who participate will learn to include important details in their posts in order to receive the best advice

I agree that picture examples can make explanations much clearer, especially when people speak different languages or come from different backgrounds. Visuals help everyone understand the issue without relying only on translated text. Even when discussing something like a snapchat story viewer, screenshots or examples can make the explanation much easier to follow.
