Please if anyone had a same issue?

Sorry I am a new seller,

I switched my Individual account to Professional and my account got deactivated I called support and provided all necessary documents now have to wait until further notice.

After that got this email: any suggestions, what would you do in this situation?

thank you for joining the forum. Unfortunately, it is always the case that Amazon deactivates an account upon switching from Individual selling plan to Professional.

All you need to do is comply with all of the verification instructions and this should last no more than a few days.
