I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with Restricted Products Policy Violation.
Please note that it is not necessary to submit a Plan of Action to appeal a Restricted Product Policy Violation. Simply remove the listings, acknowledge the violation or wait for the defect to disappear from your metrics after 180 days.
These violations don’t put your account at risk of deactivation.
