Payment stats not accurate


I have a problem related to orders on amazon.

I will post also the screenshot to understand better.

So ,I launched a new product 3 months ago and for a week I haven’t collected the money for the sold products, I mention that the money is not in reserve,and the order its not replacement.

When I sell a product under “Sales today so far” appears “0” and under “unit today so far”, the number of units sold appear.

The product appears with the status “payment complete” and shipped, but when I try to see the buyer, the data is missing.

Can please somebody help me ?

Have you contacted amazon directly with this issue, seems like a technical issue.

Is seems like you are using a mobile version of Seller Central. Some browsers on mobile devices are glitchy, it’s similar with iPad Safari. Try using a regular computer.
