What will be the best way to fight against parallel import when I bought the products from a large wholesale supplier outside the UK?
I understand that will be difficult for me but the one who claims to be an exclusive distributor in the UK is having a @gmail.com email. So that’s obviously a false one but I just don’t understand how Amazon acceps that claim.

They probably have letter of authorization from the brand saying they are the exclusive distributor.
Try searching for Daniel Perks on companies house and LinkedIn. Maybe that will shed some light on.
That is the worst IP you can receive. Means you are not allowed to to sell the product overseas.
Daniel has registered the trademark for Brand XYZ in that country. That’s why they requested Amazon to remove your offer, as they are the trademark owner. The brand or distributor can’t help you in this case if they don’t have a registered trademark in the country where you are selling.
It’s hard to be the case because this brand is big and their website shows some authorize sellers and none of them has any company ends with gmail.
I did but the company information does not match anyone is in the retail at all.
