To address parallel import violations on Amazon, contact Amazon Support and provide clear proof of the violation. Be persistent in your communication to ensure a prompt resolution. if amazon not helping in this then remove this product from your account do inventory removal and delete the listing if you are doing wholesale/ arbitrage.

They are asking me for appeal. When I send them all proofs, they just reply with this

You are doing private label or wholesale FBA?

They don’t want just the proofs, they are asking you to submit an appeal. Amazon Plan of Action (POA).

Seller Support has nothing to add. They will only keep sending your Account Health page to submit an appeal.
