Hi,

can anyone offer any advise for appealing a product policy violation for parallel import?

Got this this morning.

I have invoices to cover what they are asking for and they are direct from the manufacturer, would this be enough?

Did you purchase the product from another country ? If yes then i dont theres anything you can do to appeal this violation unless you can prove it was not imported

No it was bought from the UK direct from the brand I’ve sold around 700 of these units then they appeared on the listing for a few weeks then I got this

Then go ahead and appeal it

Submit LOA and invoices direct from the brand or you can contact brand for retraction request.
