I’ve had my second ip complaint, parallel import, different product first one was fine once I uploaded uk supplier invoice.
But this product is from usa big retailer.
From what I believe about parallel import this usa invoice will not be accepted as not uk based, they do have uk website though?
Do you guys think I am best off accepting the violations sending the products back to me as I do have a few more inventory from same brand and moving on, or supply invoice to appeal.
I’ve spoken to the company on the telephone and via email as the lady in charge of retraction is away on annual leave until 1 July.
Do you think I should reach out to amazon support and inform them I’ve spoken to the ip issuer but unfortunately they are currently on annual leave, as if I wait that long to reply to amazon might do more damage?
