Parallel import complaint

Hello guys,

any help greatly appreciated to a new seller.

I’ve had my second ip complaint, parallel import, different product first one was fine once I uploaded uk supplier invoice.

But this product is from usa big retailer.

From what I believe about parallel import this usa invoice will not be accepted as not uk based, they do have uk website though?

Do you guys think I am best off accepting the violations sending the products back to me as I do have a few more inventory from same brand and moving on, or supply invoice to appeal.

Do you know how to check if a brand is safe to sell or not? If not let me know and I will share with you a training.

Regarding the issue you have close and delete the listing, and email the ip issuer, apologizing and asking for a retraction.

Yes bought from iherb, will that do that, I believed it was okay was had high amount of sellers, fingers crossed.

I’ve spoken to the company on the telephone and via email as the lady in charge of retraction is away on annual leave until 1 July.

Do you think I should reach out to amazon support and inform them I’ve spoken to the ip issuer but unfortunately they are currently on annual leave, as if I wait that long to reply to amazon might do more damage?
