On 12th Sept, ive submitted all docs and daily had performance notification requesting further docs which I submitted. The last time I submitted a doc was 22nd Sept and since not heard a thing. We’ve not been trading since the 12th and it’s obviously affecting business.
I’ve reached out to our amazon account manager and ads manager and submitted cases but no one is able to help. It’s been over the ‘up to 10 days’ by a while… just told to sit and wait but it’s getting ridiculous.
This is a clients account so there is pressure to resolve.
