Stating that “dont want this and the product is expensivd” I dont understand why Amazon allow such comments and reviews. If the product was too expensive why it was ordered. What kind of policy is that?

Is there anything I can do?

Thats my first review and I am 2 months old seller.

Any help will be appreciated

Sorry to hear this, it must really hurt.

If it’s a product review, there is nothing that you can realistically do to get it removed.

If it is seller feedback, you can try requesting removal using the feedback manager.

This definitely feels unfair, and you’re not alone in feeling that way. As a new seller, just know this happens to almost everyone early on. What matters most is how you respond and keep growing.

Unfortunately, Amazon treats product reviews as customer opinions and gives buyers a lot of freedom, even when the reasoning seems unfair or unrelated to product quality. Reviews about price or buyer regret typically don’t violate Amazon’s guidelines unless they include profanity, personal info, or unrelated content. That said, you can still try reporting the review through “Report abuse” next to the review or open a case with Seller Support explaining that the review is not about the product performance but buyer’s personal preference and pricing complaint. They may or may not remove it, but it’s worth trying.

There is an option to ask Amazon to exclude it somewhere on the feedback page you can ask Amazon to strike it out and for a case like this I think they would do so.
