Everytime I scan on SellerAmp, it shows eligibility as “no”. How do I fix this.
If SellerAmp keeps showing “eligibility: no,” it means Amazon is gating that specific product, brand, or category for your account, so you cannot list it until you’ve been approved.
Start by identifying what’s blocking you, Seller Central will usually show the requirement (e.g., invoice quantity, LOA, or certificates needed).
For gated items, apply for approval by submitting valid invoices from an authorized supplier (often showing 100+ units), Letters of Authorization if required, or GTIN exemption paperwork; once approved, SellerAmp should update to “yes.”
If you’ve already applied and are still blocked, open a case with Seller Support, reference the SellerAmp finding, ask them to check your approval status, and gently request a manual review or escalation if it’s been pending too long.
Try checking the product through Amazon Seller app. Ask a friend to check if they can add the product.
