Hello,
I have no sales or orders yet on my account, and my Account Health is healthy. However, when I enter my ASINs into Amazon Seller Eligibility, it says I am not eligible and gives me vague suggestions to fix it that do not really apply to me because I have no reviews or anything negatively affecting the account.
Has anyone experienced this before?
“Not Eligible for Offer” on FBM listings is actually very common, especially for newer sellers or newer FBM offers, and it does not necessarily mean there is something wrong with your account. Amazon’s Featured Offer system looks at many factors beyond price, including seller history, shipping speed, delivery reliability, handling time, category performance, customer metrics, and even whether Amazon trusts the offer enough to win the Buy Box.
In many cases, new FBM listings simply need time and sales history before eligibility appears, while FBA offers usually gain eligibility much faster because Amazon controls fulfillment directly. One of the biggest things to check is your shipping template and delivery promise, because if the estimated delivery window is too long, FBM eligibility can disappear even with good account health. It is also worth confirming you are on the Professional selling plan, because Individual accounts cannot compete normally for the Featured Offer.
Some sellers have also resolved this only after pushing Seller Support to escalate the ASIN for manual review, especially when the issue appears account-specific or category-specific rather than performance-related.
Are you on Individual selling plan? That way, your offer is hidden.
Amazon may temporarily mark ASINs as ineligible for Featured Offer eligibility until it collects enough performance and trust data, even when Account Health is perfect. Give it some time, you’ll get the Buy Box.
