I am facing this error while connecting my seller central account with the brand to get the brand representative role but its rejected.
The account is healthy with everything in line and still this issue persists after several appeals.
Does any one know about this or have encountered it and know the solution??

If you’ve already appealed and just got the same template rejection, the only real option is to submit a detailed appeal through Brand Registry support, explaining your clean selling record, clarifying that you’re the rightful brand owner or authorized representative, and asking what specific eligibility issue is blocking you. Some sellers also find it helps to have the brand owner (if that’s not you) open the case directly with Amazon on their side. It’s a frustrating process, but persistence and a clear explanation are usually needed to get past the automated rejection.
