I have had 2 sales recently from automatic sponsored ads for the same product. I have gone into Placements to find out if they were from the same source but nothing shows in there so can’t make adjustments. It appears that things aren’t updating completely as nothing shows if these were from Top of Search or Product Pages. It is difficult enough getting sales at the moment as I have a feeling our products are being suppressed for some reason.
Have you tried viewing the data using a different browser? According to my own experience, many Seller Central features don’t work or display properly when using a browser which is not of the latest version or listed as supported by Amazon:
