I need someone’s help. I am currently selling an ASIN on Amazon UK via FBA. My inventory stock is available, but my delivery date is scheduled ahead by Amazon. Because of this, I don’t have the Buy Box, even though I am selling at the lowest price.
Can someone tell me why this is happening?
It’s due to long delivery dates Amazon removes Buy Box even at lowest price.
Yes, that happens when Amazon thinks your delivery time is slow from the FC side or if the listing got delayed during refresh. Open a case under “Fulfillment Issue” and ask them to check the FC handling time. Did you try checking in “Manage Inventory” to see if any delay note is showing?
