Newbie here

Hi!

I’m new here. I recently joined because I am a relatively new seller doing OA/RA and trying to learn as much as possible to enable me to expand to wholesale.

I was wondering which other marketplaces you guys sell on? Do you sell your products on multiple marketplaces, or do you focus on Amazon only?

Thank you

Hey @donkey_kong, so my 2 cents is always get 1 thing right before moving on. Make it super profitable, build a team and fully outsource it.

Where you focus is where ull succeed.

Diversification makes sense for those already who have done that or are close to it otherwise you end up just hopping from 1 thing to another.

Focus first on one marketplace, and if you already made sales enough maybe that’s the time to expand

Just be patient especially in product sourcing and researching suppliers.

Are you selling in the US or UK?

I only sell on Amazon, but multiple marketplaces.

Theres a lot of money to be made on amazon.

Ultimately it doesn’t matter what you pick - pick 1 thing and master it.

100% is early for me to diversify.

I m just thinking if Amazon is the best platform for all categories. For ex I used to work for a home improvements company, and we used to sell on 6 platforms in North America including Amazon, so the higher sales we always got on

https://www.homedepot.com/ since its a niched marketplace (without any account related troubles) and we had our dedicated account manager, who really helped us to grow.
