We’ve added a widget to make it easier for you to meet General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requirements if you sell non-food products in Amazon’s EU-based stores.
The widget helps you to provide the EU Responsible Person and the manufacturer’s name and contact details for each of your brands.
If you sell in more than one EU store, you must provide the information separately for each store, even if the information is the same.
After the Responsible Person information is validated, that information will appear on the corresponding product detail pages within 24 hours.
Starting in the second half of 2024, we’ll also display manufacturer information once it has been validated.
Your listings may be removed if they don’t have valid EU Responsible Person and manufacturer information when the regulation becomes applicable on December 13, 2024.
