Hello,
About 10 days ago I opened an Amazon France seller account.
I received an email confirming that the identification process was successful and I can log in to my seller account.
The problem is that I can’t log in. Every time a message appears telling me that my information is being processed and to get back in 2 hours. And this has been going on for almost 10 days.
I have opened two tickets till now, no response from Amazon.
Is there anyone from Amazon Seller France who can find a solution, or at least give an answer?
Thanks in advance!
You can try contacting him at +1 (873) 773-5967.
My Amazon account was deactivated, I can’t log in, and I spent a long time trying to get it reactivated. Amazon kept requesting supplier invoices, and I was close to giving up on my account. That changed when I met a specialist who successfully completed the reactivation process for me. If you’re in a similar situation,
Thanks for the reply, but Amazon US doesn’t have any access to Amazon Europe.
This usually happens when the identity verification technically passed but the account is stuck in a secondary internal compliance or fraud review, which Seller Support often cannot see or unblock directly.
The two-hour message looping for days is a known issue and opening normal tickets often leads nowhere because they are not routed to the verification team.
The best approach is to reply directly to the original verification or onboarding email confirming your identity approval and ask for manual escalation, or open a case explicitly under account verification and request it be forwarded to the Seller Identity Verification team rather than general support.
If you have access to another active Seller Central account, opening a case from there and referencing the affected France account sometimes speeds things up.
Unfortunately there is no direct contact for Amazon Seller France, and in most cases the block clears only after escalation or internal review is completed, which can take days or even weeks if not pushed properly.
