That looks like the pro-selling plan subscription fee. You may have selected this in purpose or by mistake.
If you don’t need the pro-plan and have not sold anything, downgrade to individual via your settings and open a case with Seller Support and ask for a refund.

It’s not an annual fee it’s actually the monthly subscription charge for the Professional Seller plan Even if you weren’t selling for a few months, Amazon keeps charging it once the account is active again.
You can check under Reports → Payments → Transaction View to confirm. Nothing to worry about — they’ll just deduct it automatically from your next sale or card.
