Have you tried submitting those documents? Have much money do you have withheld? What is your budget to pursue a reinstatement?
Since your deactivation happened on the European platform, you could get reinstated quite easily through legal means.

Well you can escalate through a formal Letter Before Action sent to Amazon EU S.a.r.l. in Luxembourg, citing breach of contract or unfair commercial practices under EU law.
This has to be drafted by a solicitor, though.

From my experience, Luxembourg lawyers charge around 350€ per hour and solicitation of a reinstatement with legal arguments will cost around 3,000€, 10,000€, if the case goes to court.

Interestingly, in the past my authentic invoice from authorised distributor was rejected 3 times, until I asked my distributor to add EAN and Brand Name to the item listed on the invoice.
They typically only include item title on the invoice, brand and EAN are only visible on the website page.
That invoice was finally accepted, even though I was worried Amazon might see it as “altered” invoice.
I have similar appeal now, and in the same boat again - just sent Amazon the original invoice, but expect it will be rejected, as last time because again - it’s only item’s title there, without Brand name.

Yes, I tend to see this when it comes to Amazon FBA inventory reimbursements, where they accept invoices from Alibaba suppliers, which also always contain the FNSKU.
When the product name and especially the ASIN or any Amazon identifier isn’t present, it can be difficult to have the invoices approved.
Do the invoices you are submitting contain ASINs and matching product details?
I understand you don’t want to spend your money on lawyers, but it’s always better than having your appeals rejected and staying suspended.
