Need little help

Some unknown sellers hijack my listing in USA marketplace.

I registered trademark from USPTO but status is still Pending.

How can I remove the Unauthorised sellers from my listing.?

Cannot use full Amazon brand registry options.

To address unauthorized sellers hijacking your listing, start by sending a polite but firm cease-and-desist letter to the sellers through Amazon’s messaging system, making it clear you own the trademark (even if pending). You can also file a “Report a Violation” through Amazon’s Seller Central to report these sellers for policy violations, providing proof such as invoices, product authenticity documentation, or your trademark application details. While your trademark is pending and full Brand Registry options are unavailable, focus on keeping detailed documentation to support your case and consider escalating the issue to Amazon’s support team to protect your listing.

I would open a case, even without Brand Registry, and explain the situation.

Have you considered sending a cease-and-desist letter?

No, that’s why I am here for help.

Then do it and see how it works.

Thank you.

You are welcome. Any question you have let us know and we will try to help.

Unfortunately, if the trademark is still pending, there is nothing you can do, as your Brand Registry is not enforceable yet.

This is why you should always wait till you have a valid trademark before you launch any private label products on Amazon.
