I’m currently looking to ship a commercial shipment of products from Egypt to the USA for Amazon FBA.

Ideally, look for a company that can arrange the entire process, including collection from your Egyptian supplier, export documentation, international freight, US customs clearance and final delivery to Amazon’s designated fulfilment centre.
You will generally need a commercial invoice, packing list, appropriate HS tariff classification and an importer of record responsible for US customs compliance. Depending on the product category, additional documentation or regulatory approvals may also be necessary.
Remember that Amazon will not act as the importer of record or pay customs duties on your behalf, so these arrangements must be completed before the shipment arrives. I would request quotations from several freight forwarders for a door-to-door service, making sure they understand Amazon’s carton labelling, shipment identification and delivery appointment requirements.
For smaller shipments, air freight may be more practical, whereas sea freight is generally more economical for larger volumes.
Before choosing a forwarder, I would also confirm whether they can arrange customs brokerage and importer-of-record services, as these are often the biggest challenges for sellers shipping internationally into US FBA.
