thank you for posting. I am sorry to hear that your Seller Account has been deactivated and that Amazon is withholding your funds.

Normally, on every Amazon platform in Europe, the company cannot legally withhold your funds for any reason. All you need to do is send them a letter before action.

If this is the United States platform and they suspect a counterfeit product, then you would need to appeal the standard means.

Are you based in Europe? Also, could you post here the original deactivation notice or any other recent communication with Amazon regarding the matter?
