Need Help with Charge Method on Amazon Seller Account

Hello everyone,

I have been using a Tide account linked to my Amazon seller account for the past 3 months. Amazon deposited funds and used it as my charge method without any issues. However, 4 days ago, I received a message on my dashboard asking me to update the charge method for other marketplaces as well. I added the same Tide account to other marketplaces, but immediately after, I received an “invalid charge method” message.

I have tried adding my Tide card details multiple times, but it’s not working anymore.

Can anyone help me with a solution for this issue? If there’s an easier or alternative charge method, such as a new bank account or card that I can set up, please let me know.

  • My Wise business account is already closed.

  • Payoneer is still under verification.

If someone can help me create a bank account under my LTD company details, I’m willing to pay for it.

Thanks in advance!

You can add your personal card as well in charge method. From any country. But that card must not be used previously in another account.

You need to find out why the Tide is not being accepted. Have you opened a case? Did you request a call from Amazon?

I can help you troubleshoot this issue. It sounds like Amazon may not be accepting the Tide account for some reason. An alternative solution could be setting up a new bank account or using another payment service like PayPal or a traditional bank.

If you need assistance in setting up a bank account under your LTD company details, I can guide you through that process as well. Let me know how you’d like to proceed!

Yes, I did everything before posting here. As you know, Amazon’s support system often lacks complete information, and every time a new case is opened, new details emerge. What I understand is that when I tried to link Tide for Germany, I received an ‘invalid card’ message. So, there might be some transaction restrictions on Tide’s side.
