Need guidance on how do you properly deal with an inauthenticity complaint from a customer

Despite sourcing the product directly from its manufacturer, customer refunded it and left a comment saying it’s fake.

Amazon reached out to me immediately asking for appeal and documentation to prove authenticity within 7 days, otherwise the listings may be removed.

You actually answered your own question in the post. Submit that info to Amazon - say customers claim is false and wait for response.

Just provide everything you have to prove the authenticity of the product and you will be fine, no worries.
