Need clarification regarding FBA fees

Newbie here,

trying to assess the cost for when I send items in for FBA. See the picture. Trying to understand what the fulfillment cost includes. Does the cost include tape, box, label, bagging? Is the service add ons for extra tape, label, bagging?

Or will I have to pay the $6.10 plus the tape fee, label fee, bagging fee on top of the fulfillment cost?

Clarification would be appreciated .

Those are addon services that will be charged if Amazon preps and labels your products.

Inventory placement is a per unit charge for sending your entire shipment to a single Fulfillment center.
