Need Advice from Seniors

I’m trying to schedule the video call but there are no available appointments showing up for the video call. I’ve followed the time they mentioned (12:00 PM to 3:30 AM Pakistan time), but still no luck.

Has anyone faced this issue? What should I do next?

Appreciate any help!

Keep refreshing during off hours like after midnight and you would not see slots if they’re all booked so keep checking.

I didn’t schedule a call, I had an option for a live queue in the morning, so I jumped on that.

Yes, many sellers have faced this issue with Amazon’s video call verification process showing no available appointments. This usually means all current slots are fully booked, especially during high-volume verification periods.

To resolve this, keep checking frequently, especially during off-peak hours like early morning or late night in your local time. Use an incognito browser or clear your cache before each attempt to avoid glitches.

If no slots open after several days, contact Amazon Seller Support via email or phone and explain that you’re unable to proceed due to unavailability of time slots. They may be able to manually escalate or reset your booking window.

@Rohit I know you have been trough this… any advice?

I think I’ve read that if this occurs, you just have to keep trying at different times of the day.
