Need advice from experienced Amazon VAs or sellers

I’m facing an account verification issue with Amazon Seller Central and would really appreciate any advice from someone who has successfully resolved a similar case.

My husband lives in Saudi Arabia. Amazon requested a utility bill for address verification. However:

  • We live in a rented apartment, and the electricity/water bills are in the landlord’s name.
  • Our Mobily internet bill is in my husband’s name but does not show the residential address.
    Following guidance from Amazon Account Health Support, we submitted:
  • Bank statement showing his full name and residential address.
  • Mobily internet bill.
  • Rental agreement.
  • A written explanation of why the utility bills are not in his name.
    Amazon then replied that they “do not have enough information to reactivate the account” but did not specify what information is missing.

Has anyone in Saudi Arabia or another country with a similar rental situation successfully passed verification without a utility bill in their own name?

What document did Amazon accept, or what did you do to get the account verified?

Any genuine experience or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
