This happens sometimes with first FBA pickups, don’t worry, it’s fixable.
What to do next:
Go to Seller Central → Shipping Queue and check the shipment status (sometimes pickups auto-reschedule).
If it still shows “Pickup scheduled,” cancel and rebook the pickup for the next available date.
Make sure the cartons are labeled, sealed, and accessible at the pickup location, missed pickups often happen if access is unclear.
If the pickup was via Amazon-partnered carrier, open a case with Seller Support under FBA → Inbound → Carrier pickup missed and request a reschedule.
If this keeps happening, consider dropping the shipment at the carrier location to avoid delays on your first shipment.
