My listing is hijacked

What would be the best path to report a violation through brand registry?

In Seller Central go to Brand Registry > Report IP infringement choose trademark/copyright. Fill form with ASIN, proof of rights, and submit.

Create a ticket and attach supporting documents such as proof of legitimacy, and if you have any proof or screenshots of the store or listing that hijacked your SKU, attach those as well.

The best way is to go to Amazon Brand Registry → Report a Violation, select Listing hijacking or counterfeit, provide the hijacker ASIN, your trademark info, and evidence showing you own the brand.

Then submit the report and follow up through your Brand Registry case.

I have the same problem. I created a listing, I have the job, SEO, images, etc. And now that sales are high, the product page has been taken over by 12 sellers who are making the majority of sales by slashing prices. It’s a very frustrating situation 🙂.

The only solution is to register a trademark (USPTO and Brand Registry) and then go through the Amazon team to ask them to clean up your product listing from the squatters.

@samanta Did it work in your scenario?

No, still working on it. It takes time to do all the process.

It doesn’t work. Nothing works. Amazon will not help. Count your losses. Cost us thousands.
