I am selling a grounding blanket, and it is listed in the weighted blanket category just as all other grounding blankets on the Amazon market. Now Amazon’s AI removed my listing, and support told me they only review active listings and have closed my case. My listing is fine, and everyone uses the same words for grounding blankets as I do, so there shouldn’t be a problem.
I feel bullied because I received an email stating that they will dispose of my inventory in 7 days, but my store clearly states that inventory will be removed in October.
Please help me! I have contacted support multiple times and appealed twice, but I’ve received no response. If someone knows how to approach this, please let me know. I am losing money and a lot of time trying to get my listing back.
