Hello! I have applied twice for Brand Registry and both times rejected. I have USPTO application, images of the real product with logo, all the info and no clue why as Amazon doesn’t give you any feedback of what’s wrong. Any clue? Any experience person who could help me out? Thanks!
There are some common reasons why applications are rejected. One of the reasons is that the trademark you provided doesn’t match the brand name you listed in your application. Another reason could be that your trademark application is still pending.
