My Amazon account has been temporarily locked for over a month

I’ve contacted customer support multiple times by phone and chat, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any helpful or clear response.

Reason for account locked is difference in ip location.

And account locked for safety reasons but I tried through chat support but they asked me to login and there is no option for call.
