Reason for account locked is difference in ip location.
And account locked for safety reasons but I tried through chat support but they asked me to login and there is no option for call.

You mentioned the reason is due to a different IP? I find that reason very, very strange, this is the first time I’ve heard of that.
I suspect the reason might be something else.
