My Amazon account has been deactivated due to a product inauthenticity violation

Now, Amazon is asking for specific documents and information. Could someone help me out?

Take a look at the attached screenshot where I have highlighted two headings. I need to know what information I should provide under these:

  1. For the address section, which addresses should I mention? (It’s a USA LLC based account and we have opened main access on a Turkish VPS only.)

  2. Since all orders were fulfilled through FBA, what type of fulfillment proofs can I provide?

By physical address they mean where you are located.

You can include shipment information for FBA parcels sent into Amazon warehouse.

Hello @Arslan

Handling a product inauthenticity violation can be tricky. For the address section, you should provide the registered business address of your USA LLC. If Amazon is also asking for the address where the account is accessed, you might need to mention the Turkish VPS address as well.

Regarding fulfillment proofs, since all orders were fulfilled through FBA, you can provide Amazon’s fulfillment center receipts, shipping labels, and any related documentation showing the products were sent to and processed by Amazon’s FBA service.

At Aplus Global Ecommerce, we specialize in assisting with these types of issues. If you need expert guidance to ensure your appeal is successful, feel free to reach out to us. We’re here to help.
