My account was deactivated a few weeks ago due to a product that Amazon claims is counterfeit

Hi,

We have not been selling this product for many months, but Amazon recently deactivated the account.

We purchased the products from Jinny Distributor, and Amazon is asking for the following documents:

  1. Delivery receipt
  2. Bills of lading
  3. Authorization letter
  4. Customs clearance forms
  5. Order confirmation and shipping records

I contacted the distributor for these documents, but they said they cannot provide them.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Unfortunately, your distributor’s inability to provide the necessary documents presents a significant challenge in resolving your Amazon account deactivation.

I can help you solve this

Well, if you don’t have all the documentation in hand, especially the invoices, letter of authorization, and order confirmation, then the situation is too severe. You need to submit all the documents, after which Amazon will request a video call verification. Appear on the video call and show all the documents to Amazon. After reviewing them, Amazon will most likely reinstate your account.

It’s a tough situation when Amazon asks for documents that your distributor won’t or can’t provide. Without these, reinstatement becomes a lot more complex. Your best option is to focus on explaining the legitimacy of your supply chain in your appeal. Highlight any alternative evidence you can provide, like payment receipts, contracts, or any other records that prove the products’ authenticity. Additionally, outline a clear plan of action to prevent such issues in the future, such as sourcing from suppliers who can meet Amazon’s documentation standards.

Do you have invoice and delivery confirmation for this product?
