Hello @Kika ,I created my LLC at 2023 and i started to sell at March 2024. My monthly solds are between 7-10k. Mostly Im selling Beauty,Personal Care,Pet Supplies and Home&kitchen items. I got notification about this ASIN and i took action immeditialy and i deleted listing. But after a few weeks i received this email. But still listing is active and there is a seller. I bought this item from brand and I am FBA seller. In add my health score is 240 and doesnt have other policy violations.;
What I should provide or write for reactive my account ?

If your account is still usable but you don’t want to use it anymore and need to sell it, you can consider me. I will check it quickly and give you a good price. Otherwise, when the account is deactivated, it will be difficult to sell.

So, were there no additional warnings concerning restricted products or anything else? How many units of this particular product have you sold? Did you open any Seller Support cases or try to appeal it before the account deactivation?

Also, could you post here the original warning notice which you received? They are saying that you still have other, similar products listed.

Normally, a warning will include details about the scope of products which you cannot sell and have to remove from your inventory to prevent account deactivation.

I have checked the listing and it really appears like an erroneous suspension. The brand of the product is correct and the listing is active.

Do you have a Plan of Action? Or any prior communication submitted to Amazon regarding the matter?

Yes you are right there is 1 Fba and 1 fbm seller . I can not understand if the listing is restricted product why listing is not deleted ? Im so confused.
I submitted some appeals and I also worked with some people who can reactive the account. My friend got same issue of same ASIN and him account is reactivated. Im trying to reactive account and probably i send many proofs that my account is deactiveted by error but still my account is not active.
I need help and good plan of action for recover my account.

Have you tried requesting a callback from the Account Health Team asking why your account could have been deactivated for an active product which wasn’t removed?

It could be a glitch that the listing is still active. But if it is a glitch, then you don’t need to address the restricted product reason.

When you open your Account Health page, what are you seeing? there should be an option to request a callback.
